If you are having difficulty (or excuses) in finding the time to get to the gym between a long day at work and home life, why not create a space in your own home with essential tools to help you achieve a workout at anytime of the day/night at your own convenience.
Below is a quick guide of some essential and affordable equipment we found that can be utilized for full body workouts in the comfort of your own home.
You do not need a full gym in order to accomplish a great workout.
Essential but not limited to:
- resistance bands
- jump rope
- yoga mat & stretching strap
- stability ball
- door frame pull-up bar
- foam roller
- dumbbells (3 sets: ex. light, medium, heavy)
A lot of these products I was able to find locally at stores including Walmart, Giant Tiger and Winners.
