This program utilizes the outdoors and is a 5 week program designed to help you train for a 5km trail run.

BUT, whether you are looking to train for a trail race or just take advantage of good weather and mix up your training, this program is for you. 



Includes: Hill training, cross training, LSD runs, timed runs + more!
